The changes may also occur due to the situation beyond its control like airlines schedule changes, changes in closure of monuments / museums / place of visit, cancellation / diversion of flights. Under these circumstances, Athithi India Tours will try its best to maintain the itinerary using any other mode of transport, route and provide to the customers the best possible. Under no circumstances, will Athithi India Tours will be responsible for making the changes / modifications in the tour plan.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Athithi India Tours does not warrant that defects would be corrected or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The visitor of the website assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Athithi India Tours reserves the right not to work with any Tour Operator / clients they do not wish to and reserves the right to cancel arrangements already made by clients, without notice in case of dispute regarding any arrangements made by it. Any deposit paid by the Tour Operator / clients will be refunded after adjusting expenses of services already provided.

Any payment collected from the clients or any refund made by Athithi India Tours will be based on the Rates contracted by it with its suppliers/service providers. Such contracted rates are confidential in nature any clients will waive of any right to see them to confirm amounts of refund made.

Hotel Check-in and Check-out times are decided by the hotels (In most of the cases it is 12 Noon but some hotels allow 24 hours check out facility. Some hotels in Kerala maintain the check-in time as 1400 hours and check out at 1100 hours). Early Check-in and / or late Check-out will be allowed purely subject to availability of the accommodation by the hotel/s.

Depending on the period of travel, the hotels and other service providers expect Athithi India Tours to guarantee the services by way of making a non refundable deposits. The clients are informed of the deposits required to guarantee the arrangements. In the event the clients cancels / amends the itinerary after such a deposit is made and guaranteed, by making the required deposit, the clients agree that the deposit paid may be forfeited.

The booking of the tour programme by the client is is accepted on the understanding that the client realizes the risks and cancellation charges involved. Athithi India Tours, its staff members or any associate offices of Athithi India Tours or any one associated with Athithi India Tours will not be held responsible for any such damages arising our of unforeseen circumstances.

While the vehicles used by Athithi India Tours are commercial vehicles and these vehicles are insured for unlimited liability, most of the insurance companies, in the event of any mishaps expect the clients to get themselves admitted at the hospitals, pay the bills and then claim from the insurance companies. The process some takes months for settlement. Keeping this in view, Athithi India Tours strongly recommends its customers / clients to take a travel insurance for unlimited liability before beginning their tour.
